Refunds are processed to the same card used for the original payment, through Uzum Bank. Refund timelines depend on your issuing bank and typically take 3–10 business days. To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at info@sezam-voyages.com with your booking reference. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance you cancel — full terms are available on request.
