We accept Visa, Mastercard, Humo, and UzCard. All transactions are processed in Uzbek Som (UZS) at the current exchange rate.

All card transactions on our website are protected by 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, Humo Secure, UzCard Secure). You will be asked to confirm your payment with a one-time SMS code sent to your phone by your issuing bank, ensuring no one can use your card without your authorisation.

Sezam Voyages uses the full range of anti-fraud tools provided by Uzum Bank, including real-time transaction monitoring, velocity limits, geolocation checks, and automated blocking of suspicious activity. Any transaction identified as potentially fraudulent will be declined and you will be notified by email. If you believe a transaction on your card was unauthorised, please contact us immediately — see the contact details below — as well as your card-issuing bank.

2. 2Fill in your contact details and select "Pay now with card".
3. 3You will be redirected to the secure Uzum Bank payment page.
4. 4Enter your card details and confirm with the 3D Secure code sent via SMS.
5. 5Once payment is approved, you will be returned to our website where you can download your receipt.

Refunds are processed to the same card used for the original payment, through Uzum Bank. Refund timelines depend on your issuing bank and typically take 3–10 business days. To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at info@sezam-voyages.com with your booking reference. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance you cancel — full terms are available on request.
