1. General Provisions

This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter — the "Offer") defines the terms and conditions under which Sezam Voyages (hereinafter — the "Company") provides travel services and accepts online payments through the Uzum Bank payment processing system.

By placing an order and proceeding with online payment on the website sezam-voyages.com, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of this Offer.

The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of this Offer at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

2. Payment Methods

The Company accepts online payments using the following payment systems:

VISA
Mastercard
Humo
UzCard

All payments are processed in Uzbekistani Sum (UZS) at the exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction. Prices displayed in foreign currencies on the website are for informational purposes and the final charge will be in UZS.

Payment is considered completed once the funds are successfully credited to the Company's account through the Uzum Bank acquiring system.

3. Security and 3D Secure

All online transactions on our website are protected by advanced security protocols. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that your personal and payment data is transmitted securely.

Card payments are additionally protected by 3D Secure technology (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode), which provides an extra layer of authentication. During payment, you may be redirected to your issuing bank's page to confirm the transaction with a one-time code.

The Company does not store or have access to your full card details. All payment data is processed exclusively by Uzum Bank in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.

4. Refund Policy

If the Customer wishes to cancel a booking, a refund may be issued according to the Company's refund policy published on the Refund Policy page.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@sezam-voyages.com or by calling our contact numbers. The request must include the booking number, full name, and the reason for cancellation.

Approved refunds for card payments are processed back to the same card used for the original payment. Refund processing may take 5 to 30 business days depending on the issuing bank.

The Company reserves the right to withhold cancellation fees as specified in the refund policy and the specific terms of the booked service.

5. Fraud Prevention

The Company takes all necessary measures to prevent and control risks of fraudulent transactions, utilizing the anti-fraud capabilities provided by Uzum Bank as stipulated in the Internet Acquiring Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent. In such cases, the Customer will be notified and may be asked to provide additional identity verification.

By making a payment, the Customer confirms that they are the authorized cardholder or have explicit permission from the cardholder to use the payment card for this transaction.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the "I accept the Public Offer Agreement" checkbox during the booking process and proceeding with payment, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Offer.

This Offer is valid from the date of its publication on the website and remains in effect until replaced by a new version.
