All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our company.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation email.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have all necessary travel documents including valid passports and visas.

We are not responsible for any costs or consequences arising from invalid or insufficient travel documentation.

We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

We act only as an agent for hotels, transportation providers, and other service suppliers. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour package.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through applicable legal channels.
