Privacy Policy

1.1. "Site Administration" (hereinafter referred to as "Administration") - authorized employees responsible for managing the Sezam Voyages website, who organize and/or process personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.6. "Subdomains" - pages or a set of pages located on third-level domains owned by the Sezam Voyages website, as well as other temporary pages with the Administration's contact information at the bottom.

1.7. "User of the Sezam Voyages website" (hereinafter referred to as "User") - a person who has access to the Sezam Voyages website through the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products of the Sezam Voyages website.

1.8. "Cookies" - a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a user's computer, which a web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request every time the corresponding site page is accessed.

2.1. The use of the Sezam Voyages website by the User implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration to ensure the non-disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Administration when registering on the Sezam Voyages website or subscribing to the informational e-mail newsletter.

3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out forms on the Sezam Voyages website and includes: surname, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, email address, place of residence, and photograph.

3.3. The Agency protects the data that is automatically transmitted when visiting pages: IP address, information from cookies, information about the browser, access time, and referrer.

3.4. Any other personal information not specified above is reliably stored and not disclosed, except as provided for in clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.

5.2. The User's personal data may be transferred to the authorized state authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation.

5.3. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration is not obliged to inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.4. The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.5. Together with the User, the Administration takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

6.1. The User has the right to make an independent decision to provide their personal data necessary for using the Sezam Voyages website and give consent to their processing.

6.2. The User has the right to update or supplement the provided information on personal data in case of changes in this information.

6.3. The User has the right to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of their personal data.

6.4. The Administration is obliged to use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.5. The Administration is obliged to ensure the confidentiality of the information, not disclose it without the prior written permission of the User.

6.6. The Administration is obliged to take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data.

6.7. The Administration is obliged to block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of the User's request.
