抵达塔什干国际机场。司机接机，转运至酒店。办理入住，稍作休息。 下午初步探索乌兹别克斯坦首都——一座伊斯兰遗产与苏联现代建筑交相辉映的对比之城。参观巴拉汗经学院和哈斯特伊玛姆建筑群，这里收藏着世界上最古老的《古兰经》手抄本之一——奥斯曼《古兰经》，距今已有1400年历史。漫步于乔尔苏巴扎（Chorsu Bazaar）——在绿松石色的圆顶下，香料、干果、金黄的駕饼和精美的苏托尼刺绣琉琅满目。参观库克尔达什经学院（16世纪）、乌兹别克斯坦人民历史博物馆和独立广场。探索塔什干地铁——其装饰精美的车站被誉为世界上最美的地铁站之一。 午餐和晚餐在市区用餐。住宿：塔什干酒店。

Un viaggio straordinario lungo la Via della Seta! I laboratori di cucina sono stati il cuore dell'esperienza: preparare il plov in una chaikhana tradizionale a Fergana, scegliere le spezie al bazar insieme alla guida, condividere il pasto con famiglie locali a Khiva e Bukhara — momenti di autenticità rara. Il Registan di Samarcanda al tramonto toglie il fiato, e il museo Savitsky a Nukus è una scoperta incredibile. La traversata del deserto del Kyzylkum è suggestiva. Hotel confortevoli, cibo abbondante e gustoso, guida preparatissima. Consiglio vivamente questo tour a chi ama la storia, l'arte e la buona cucina. Tornerò sicuramente in Uzbekistan!

What an incredible journey through Uzbekistan! The cooking workshops were the absolute highlight — learning to make plov in Fergana, beshbarmak in Nukus, and qovurma lag'man in a Bukharan family home gave us such an intimate connection with the culture. The hosts were so warm and welcoming. Samarkand's Registan at sunset is something I'll never forget, and the wine tasting at the historic Filatov cellar was a delightful surprise. Hotels were comfortable, the vehicle was clean and air-conditioned, and our guide Akbar was knowledgeable and patient. The Kyzylkum desert crossing was long but spectacular. Worth every penny!

Un voyage absolument magique ! J'ai adoré l'atelier de cuisine à Ferghana où nous avons préparé le plov dans une vraie chaikhana. Choisir les ingrédients au bazar avec notre guide était une expérience tellement authentique. Khiva m'a coupé le souffle — cette ville fortifiée semble sortie d'un conte des Mille et Une Nuits. Le repas chez l'habitant et la préparation du shivit oshi resteront un souvenir inoubliable. Le musée Savitsky à Noukous est une découverte extraordinaire, on ne s'attend pas à trouver une telle collection au milieu des steppes. Notre guide parlait parfaitement anglais et était d'une culture impressionnante. Je recommande vivement ce circuit à tous les amoureux de gastronomie et d'histoire !
