Best food tour I've ever been on. The cooking classes weren't just demonstrations — we actually cooked, from rolling samosa dough to managing a giant kazan. The Samarkand bread bakery visit was fascinating. Left with 15 recipes I can actually make at home.

Il viaggio gastronomico perfetto! Imparare a cucinare il plov con l'oshpaz a Samarcanda è stato incredibile — ho cucinato per 50 persone! Il Besh Qozon a Tashkent, il pane dal tandoor, la degustazione di vini... ogni pasto era un'avventura.
